Ordered my dress from Dublin and it was with me within 6 days. Very easy experience. Remember when you live in Ireland there are extra charges because of Brexit. I would definitely recommend Girl in Mind to friends

Lovely material, true to size fit

Ordered a dress which I fell in love with and bonus got 10% off, unfortunately dress is too small and that’s no one’s fault but my own and happy to return the dress and well aware I have to cover postage,
Emailed customer service prior to this asking could they swap it out for the next size if possible as this dress was constantly out of stock when I was trying to purchase the first time round. Their response was absolutely that is no problem, even told me to write it on the return form what size I wanted.
Paid for tracked signed tor return. Could see it had been delivered, left it a few days as I know returns are not automatic, by the 3rd day of return I could see the dress was back in stock in the size I needed so sent a quick email just to follow up on when I would be receiving the new size.
To be sent an email back stating “
We do not offer exchanges, so you can reorder in a different size!”
This was on the same email thread that stated it would be no problem exchanging the dress, forwarded this to them, no reply.. again another email .. no reply
Never mind the dress is now again out of stock it’s full price again meaning iv lost the discount from the original purchase.
I genuinely don’t ever leave reviews but the fact I haven’t even received any response I find really poor. Got a confirmation email shortly after stating I had been refunded, yet to receive the money.
If I had a genuine follow up and explanation for the mix up I wouldn’t be bothered but just radio silence after zero help and a lie doesn’t boost your confidence in this website!

If you are in the Republic of Ireland Do Not order from Girl in Mind. I ordered a dress which when converted into Euro was €52.64. Before it was delivered I received notice that I had to pay €17.10 cutoms for the dress, which i reluctantly paid. When it arrived it was a lovely colour, nice material but the neckline of the dress was nothing like on the website. I went to return the dress and had to pay a further €9. Just yesterday I received a refund of only €41.64 (not sure why the full price of €52.64 wasn't refunded) which leaves me with no dress and out of pocket by €37.10. Will never be ordering from them again!

I ordered 4 dresses which I wanted to return. They don’t offer free returns and so I had to pay to return, couldn’t afford tracking so just got proof of purchase. They are now claiming the parcel hasn’t arrived and won’t refund me. I am £157.50 out of pocket.

I ordered a dress but had to return as it was made from cheap material and had a cheap zip.
I had to print off return form and take to post office. This cost me £5.50 registered post. They then refunded me less then I paid as they took the postage off, which I had paid not them!!! Will not buy from them again.

Ordered 4 dresses that looked really nice, only wanted one but wanted to try them all and as a consumer you can always ‘easily’ return…..not with Girl in mind, the return system is archaic! You have to print a return system on paper - who has a printer these days?! If you’re lucky enough to have a printer you then have to write out all the details that are already on the electronic order, put the paper in your parcel and pop to the post office, then the next delight Girl in Mind don’t pay for returns WOW one to avoid

Ordered quite a few dresses from them for the first time. Really disappointed with the quality. I'd ordered 7 dresses and they crammed them all in one parcel so really creased. Returning the items was not easy, had to write all the items numbers etc which had to get off the tags as they aren't on the order. To add insult to injury I had to pay £15 postage costs!!! They don't give you free returns. I will not be ordering from them again.

The dress was a totally different colour to the one shown in the picture.
Purple rather than the bright pink show.
It was well made and fitted perfectly, but I wouldn’t have ordered it in that colour

I love Girl in mind dresses, such great quality and fit. I have 6 different styles now and waiting on one coming back in stock (Elsa in dark green). Great value for money.

Do not buy from this company. The clothes are terrible quality and the customer services team breach consumer laws so you will be left with terrible items and the offer of 15% off the next purchase.
I bought a dress and a jumpsuit - the jumpsuit arrived with loads of threads loose and looking like it could fall apart at any slight tug. I wore the dress once and hand washed as instructed and all of the threads creating the pattern just fell off. They are refusing to do anything about it and their mantra seems to be that you buy anything from this shop with a view that the quality will only last for one wear so if you have loads of money to spend on clothes that last one wear fill your boots. But for those of us with social conscience and without an unlimited clothes budget I would avoid

Customer service absolutely shocking, no replies to email or phone calls. Waste of money.

Ordered 2 dresses, needed to return the costing £8 . Won’t be ordering again due to refund cost.. wait for money to be refunded

Super fast service and my top is exactly as describe. Love it 💜
